PhD topic: How lay people in the UCA establish their sense of identity as minister.

I've sat on this for a week now - and have pulled the Identity and Adult Ed reader from the shelf again.

And even more than that I've dared to think of a finishing time for two jobs - and felt my brain awaken - wouldn't it be nice.....
